arts & claus Colors is a color card that was published by arts & claus in 1999. A selection of 150 colors, manually applied using real product, shows the exact reproduction of the color as it will be perceived.
Eight of those colors are foundry, specific for metallic structures. An acetate film on top of each color makes it possible to see it with glossy finishes.

The idea behind this selection of the 55 colors was to create a card for white. Apart from 12 different hues of white, 8 shades of stone, 10 of grey, 8 of pink and mauve, 5 rusty red and sienna, 7 greens and 5 blues give color to the white.
It’s a selection of tones that is indispensable for any interior decoration project to create a clear and bright atmosphere.

In arts & claus colors we have published two color cards: Colors with 150 intense color references, and Soft with 55 pastel references.
Both we conceived as essential tools to communicate color in architecture and in interior design.The two color cards created by Clàudia Valsells and edited by arts & claus are the result of a thorough and laborious process of selecting, combing and grouping tones and colors. They are the fruit of over a decade of collaboration with architects and interior decorators in the definition of colors.
